How can I transform my relationship with stress and love on my body?

It was out of a desire to support my body during catastrophic stress, that I began using dozens of tools to love on my body.  Some of them are movement based.  Some are related to how I nourish my body.  Some are how to create joy.  And, now I want to share some of them with you in hopes that they help. So I have created a free month-long invitation to love on your body.  Throughout this month, you will receive:

  • Affirmations to support your self love journey.
  • Weekly emails that contain daily downloadable action steps to help you transform your relationship with stress. These take from a few seconds to a few minutes.  You can do them in order or pick the weekly action step that works best for you for that specific day. And if none of them speak to you, then that is okay too!
