collaborate
Partnerships built on trust.
Athena is more than a gym. It’s a carefully curated wellness community, and we hold deep responsibility for every experience we offer our members. So we collaborate intentionally, and only with people whose work we know firsthand.
how we choose
Relationship first. Always.
Embodied trust
We only promote services we’ve personally experienced or vetted through real relationship and use.
Community protection
Our members are not a test market, a sales funnel or a lead list. Their trust is sacred.
Reciprocity
We value mutual relationships and shared values over audience size or marketing opportunity.
Integrity
Anything we offer, we recommend authentically, confidently and without hesitation.
what it looks like
Three ways we work together.
Workshops and events
Our usual starting point. Members experience your work together, in our space. Athena handles marketing, registration and payment; you bring the content, expertise and event support. We set pricing together to honor your expertise and keep it accessible.
Experience first
Before we offer your paid services to our community, our leadership or staff experience your work firsthand, so we can speak about it with integrity.
Relationship-based referrals
Some of our strongest partnerships grew slowly, through using each other’s services, ongoing trust and shared values around wellness, equity and community care.
Revenue is shared, with clear expectations and a simple collaboration agreement. We value clarity, transparency and ease on both sides.
what we don't do
Some boundaries protect everyone.
To protect the trust our members place in us, we don’t host one-on-one vendor pop-ups without an existing relationship, offer our community as a way to build another business’s private clientele, or promote anything we can’t personally recommend.
interested
Let's talk.
Tell us about your work, how you personally practice it and what kind of collaboration you have in mind. We read every inquiry. If it feels like a fit, we’ll reach out to start the conversation.
